The Cheeky Food Company started as a home-based business, creating stunning Indian pickles and chutneys that were very popular at food markets and local shops in West London. The owner of the company wanted to grow the business from being a home-made boutique food to a product that could be found in mainstream supermarkets.
The weeks of brand strategy, branding and packaging iterations, culminated in a sales pitch at Selfridges; the famous high-end British department stores. The product was immediately selected to stock in their flagship London store; they loved the playful nature of the branding that set it apart from its contemporaries. Further success has followed with supermarkets across Europe now stocking their product.
